Meet The Founder

Stephen "Coach" Dave

Based in the heart of Metro Detroit, I’ve spent more than 30 years helping individuals and communities transform their health, mindset, and quality of life. My professional journey spans the fields of substance use disorder (SUD), Mental Health (MH), fitness, and wellness coaching—all unified by one purpose: to help people live well in every dimension of life.  Special note: My volunteerism to the development of the youth through sports mainly the Westside cub's youth organization. 

As the Founder of Fitness-Time, LLC and Coaching & Recovery Solutions, LLC, I’ve built programs that connect physical fitness with behavioral health, empowering individuals to take charge of their recovery, rebuild balance, and sustain lifelong wellness. My approach is holistic and practical grounded in compassion, accountability, and real-world strategies that meet people where they are and guide them toward where they want to be. 


Through the WELL 8 to Living Well platform, I continue to advance that mission by focusing on the Eight Dimensions of Wellness—Emotionally, Environmentally, Financially, Intellectually, Occupationally, Physically, Socially, and Spiritually. My goal is to inspire healthier lifestyles, stronger communities, and a culture of living well at every age and stage of life.
