Fitness And Healthy Living Is A Lifestyle

IN THE BEGINNING

Fitness-Time was started in 2008 to bring an awareness to all the ailments, diseases, and negative forces that control our well-being. My grandmother died of congested heart failure that year. I knew then it was time to take charge of my well-being.  As an adult every time I have gone to a doctor office I am recommended to exercise and eat a proper diet.  However, statistics show that 60 plus percent of adults do not exercise or eat a proper diet.  The rate of obesity is rising faster than any other epidemic in the history of the world. Research is being done that shows 50+percent of the U.S. population will be obese by 2030 and that number is growing. Healthcare Reform starts with each person taking a personal responsibility in a daily effort to live a healthy lifestyle.
 
MY PASSION

The passion that I have for fitness comes from playing team sports.  Team sports is where accountability is at its highest level.  The will that you have to train so you can perform as it is called (Your A-Game).  There is teammates, coaches, fans, and your family expecting the best out of you.  I am the one who can help you be that champion in life.  I Train/Instruct/Teach fitness and healthy living as a lifestyle.
